Yatsani Radio
The mission of Yatsani Radio is to spread
God's love through unity and peace

Management
Yatsani Radio is owned by the Archdiocese of Lusaka under the guidance of the Archbishop of Lusaka. It is also guided by the Communications Department of the Catholic Secretariat.

Yatsani Radio is not a profit-making concern. It seeks only to make enough profit to ensure its own viability as a Catholic, community, radio station.

As a Catholic radio station, Yatsani Radio tries to create a Catholic ethos within its own organisation. It does this by utilising the talents and skills primarily of Catholics. This is not to deny the existence of similar levels of training expertise in non-Catholics. It is, however, a conscious effort to ensure a harmonious, common religious understanding within the working of the radio station.

As a community radio station, Yatsani Radio is largely dependent on voluntary help for its operation and survival. It does, however, employ sufficient full-time personnel to ensure the continuity, coordination and appropriate planning of its activities.

Yatsani Radio utilises an appropriate level of suitable advertising in order to achieve and sustain its economic viability. It is not led by its advertisers. Yatsani Radio is, at all times, a Catholic radio station. All advertising, therefore, falls within clear and recognisable standards which enable Yatsani Radio to maintain its Catholic ethos.
