Yatsani Radio
The mission of Yatsani Radio is to spread
God's love through unity and peace

The Core Team
The Core Team has a coordinating function.
Their expectations are:
Prepare broadcasting schedules and ensure that these are followed
Be responsible and courteous in their behaviour towards each other and towards those people with whom they come into contact in the course of their work
To be punctual and hardworking
To ask for help and advice where necessary
To use initiative, but always with prudent consultation and thought
To work an average of 40 hours per week, bearing in mind that, on certain occasions, it might be necessary to work longer hours
To familiarise themselves with all of the radio’s broadcasting and recording equipment so that, as far as possible, each member will be able to operate effectively and happily in several areas of work
To be open to suggestions for the development of Yatsani Radio and to contribute by offering suggestions and comments when appropriate
To assist generously in the training of volunteers without intimidating or belittling them
To be people of faith and commitment. As far as possible, Catholics will be employed by Yatsani Radio in order to preserve its Catholic ethos. However, it might be that a non-Catholic is the person best-suited to a particular post. In such a situation, the Catholic outlook of Yatsani Radio is to be upheld. The non-Catholic member of staff is, in no way, to be pressurised towards becoming a Catholic. He or she must be given free practice of his or her religious belief, provided it does not interfere with the normal and reasonable working of the radio station.
To work according to the conditions agreed in their contract with the Archdiocese
