Come from the parishes of the Lusaka archdiocese |

Bring a reference letter, renewed annually,
from their parish priest and from their parish Radio Group |

Must belong to their Parish Radio group. (Allowances are sometimes made for
members of Parish Councils as it is very
difficult to give an appropriate amount of time to both parish bodies.) |

Receive no recompense for their participation in Yatsani Radio until such time
as a volunteer who shows promising potential might be invited to work more closely with Yatsani
Radio and be given an ‘incentive’ to cover travel expenses.

Receive on-the-job training from Yatsani Radio personnel. |
|
Must share information gained from workshops attended on behalf of
Yatsani Radio such that all might share in the benefits of the training.
